Hudson Yards “largest private real estate development in the history of the NYC…”
Hudson Park is fundamental element of the new Hudson Yards project that is helping transform the area from a desolate industrial neighborhood to a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly mixed-use district. Hudson Yards is the “largest private real estate development in the history of the United States and the largest development in New York City since Rockefeller Center.”
The Park will be the green center at the heart of this newly created neighborhood between Hudson Park East and Hudson Park West. With entrances through each of the newly designed east- west side streets, the Park provides much needed open space for area residents, workers and visitors.
